A few weeks ago we set ourselves a simple goal: every developer at Impactron should hold a current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator credential. Not a stretch target. Not a roadmap item. A baseline.
This week, we got there. Every developer at Impactron is now CSA certified, and the cohort that crossed the line in the last few days came from across our practice areas, including our most senior CPQ talent.
"Certification is the floor, not the ceiling. It is what we expect of ourselves before we step into a client conversation."
Pratiksha and Reeman led from the front.
Both of them shaped the study plan, ran the mock sessions and stayed close to every learner through the push. The fact that the whole cohort cleared the exam in days, not months, is in no small part down to their coaching.

Our CPQ leaders chose to start from the basics.
Vinod is a CPQ Technical Architect with more than a decade across SAP CPQ and Salesforce. Akhil has spent years deep inside Oracle CPQ. Suhasini brings Salesforce CPQ and Logik.io expertise. None of them needed another certificate to prove their craft. They sat the CSA anyway, because being credible on the ServiceNow platform starts with knowing it from the inside out.

Akhil Sachan

Suhasini K V

Eleven more, certified in the same window.
Alongside our senior consultants, the following teammates also cleared their CSA, every one of them sooner than we had planned for. Some are already hands-on with delivery; others are deep in their next certifications.

What this actually means for clients
Plenty of firms claim ServiceNow expertise. Far fewer can say that every developer they put on a project has, at minimum, the platform's foundational credential, and that the seniors leading those projects have chosen to sit the same exam alongside the juniors.
For our clients in manufacturing, London insurance and high-tech, that translates into three practical things:
- Faster ramp on every engagement, because no one is learning the platform on your time.
- A shared vocabulary across our consultants, so handovers between architecture, build and support do not lose context.
- Accelerators we build for CPQ, IRM, ITSM and HRSD sit on a base that the whole team genuinely understands.
CSA was day one. The team is already past it.
Several of the consultants who cleared CSA last week are already deep into their next exams: CIS-ITSM, CIS-HRSD, CIS-CSM, CAD and the IRM track. The hiring pipeline is also active: new joiners are coming in with a clear understanding that certification is part of how we work, not a perk we offer later.
If you are a client wondering whether a fast-growing partner can match the depth of a larger one, this is the kind of signal worth paying attention to. If you are a candidate weighing where to spend the next few years of your career, this is what learning culture looks like in practice.
