Exactly one year ago, I began my journey with Impactron. With the support, trust, and encouragement of so many of you, we have grown into a 40+ strong team today.
Yesterday marked another important milestone as we moved into our new office in Jodhpur. It was especially meaningful to see colleagues from Hyderabad, Pune, Siliguri, Chandigarh, and Bengaluru come together to mark the occasion.

A Team Coming Together
What made this milestone special was not just the new walls or the freshly designed workstations, it was the people who travelled in to be there. Colleagues flew in from across India, leaving behind their own cities for a day, to stand in the same room and mark the occasion together.
In a remote-first world, moments like these are rare and precious. They remind us that culture is not a deck of slides, it is built in the small, deliberate acts of showing up for each other.

Rooms with a Reminder
Our meeting rooms carry the names of athletes who personify the values we want to live by, Curious and Courageous.
Greatness requires the courage to evolve. Intensity is focus under fire. Small reminders, on glass doors, that the work we do here is meant to be played at a high standard.

The Ambition Ahead
While we are still in the early stages, our ambition remains clear: to create meaningful, measurable impact for our clients and contribute thoughtfully to the ServiceNow ecosystem.
A new office is, in many ways, a promise, to our clients, to our team, and to the wider community. It is a commitment that we are here for the long run, that we will keep investing in the right people, the right environments, and the right opportunities.
Thank You
Thank you for your continued trust and support as we build ahead with Sudhir Joshi and the entire Impactron team. The first year has been a privilege. The next ones will be earned, the same way, one client, one colleague, one decision at a time.
Here's to year two, and the team that makes it possible.
