We inaugurated our new office in Jodhpur with a traditional pooja ceremony to seek blessings and to ensure that we earn Labh (profit) with Shubh (Good, Just) means.
Shubh Labh is important for us as it reminds us that true growth is meaningful only when it is grounded in the right intent and values.

The Significance of Shubh Labh
At Impactron, Shubh resonates deeply with integrity, which we see as the cornerstone of our journey. Integrity makes success sustainable, relationships enduring, and aspirations limitless.
Labh, then, is not just about financial gain but about creating impact, opportunities, and prosperity for our clients, our people, and our community.
As we open this new chapter, we remain inspired by the balance of tradition and aspiration, honoring where we come from while building towards where we want to go.

Special thanks to our incredible team - Rochit Kewalia, Vanshaj Vyas, Chinmay Ramdev, Yashvardhan Joshi, and Yagya Dutt Chhangani - who made all the arrangements and organized this event flawlessly. Their dedication and attention to detail ensured a memorable inauguration that honored both tradition and our vision for the future.
Finally, special thanks to my better half, Komal Joshi, for supporting me in this journey from the sidelines. Her drive, commitment, and support fuel our shared ambitions and make it possible for us to push hard and do everything we can to make our dreams a reality.
